How long does the audit review take?

Once an account becomes eligible for a payout request, it will undergo a mandatory audit review.

• Audits may take up to seventy two hours.
• The seventy two hour period applies to business days only.
• Weekends and holidays are not included in the audit timeframe.

This process includes a full review of betting activity, rule compliance, odds integrity, and account verification to ensure fairness across the platform. How long do payouts take after approval?

Once the audit has been completed and the payout is approved:

• Funds may take up to two business days to be processed and sent.
• Processing time begins after final approval.
• Banking or payment provider delays are outside of our control.

These procedures help maintain platform integrity, fairness, and proper risk management for all members.

Platform Closure; Transfer; Finality

In the event the platform is closed, sold, or transferred (a “Transfer Event”), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate all accounts, balances, and pending payouts at our sole discretion, without notice or liability.
Any new owner or acquiring entity shall have no responsibility or liability for any prior accounts, balances, payouts, or claims. All such obligations are deemed void upon the Transfer Event.
All decisions made by the platform in connection with a Transfer Event are final and not subject to dispute or appeal.
Users waive any right to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals related to payments made prior to or in connection with a Transfer Event. Any attempt to do so may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
